Admin on the go runs in your mobile browser — there is nothing to install. This guide covers signing in, choosing an application, and finding your way around.

Prerequisites

Before you start, make sure you have:
  • An admin account with access to at least one social.plus application
  • A Console role assigned to that account — Admin on the go enforces the same permissions as the Console, so an account with no Console role cannot act on content. See Admin Access Control
  • A mobile browser (the interface is built for phone-sized screens)
Portal and Console permissions are separate. If Go to console shows a no-permission screen, a Portal Super Admin or an existing Console admin needs to assign you a Console role first.

Signing in

1

Open the site

Go to go.social.plus in your mobile browser.
2

Choose a sign-in method

Admin on the go supports the same sign-in methods as the Console — see the tabs below.
3

Choose an application

After sign-in you land on the applications list. Each card shows the application name and its server region. Go to console is disabled for any application that is not active.
4

Work the content queue

Opening an application takes you straight to its Content tab, with Posts and Comments.

Sign-in methods

Enter your company email and password. The Sign in button stays disabled until the email is valid and the password is non-empty, and field errors clear as soon as you correct them.

Forgot your password

Tap Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen, enter your work email, and tap Reset password. This follows the same reset flow as the desktop Portal. Back returns you to sign-in.

Finding your way around

Navigation bar

The bar at the top carries the social.plus logo and your avatar. It hides as you scroll down and returns when you scroll back to the top.

Account menu

Tap your avatar to see your name, email, role, and the application you are in — plus Go to Applications to switch application, and Sign out.

Content tab

Posts (Posted, Pending, Scheduled) and Comments — the day-to-day moderation queues. See What you can do.

Communities

Browse the communities you administer — scope to all or only your own, filter by visibility, and search by name or category.

Your first moderation pass

1

Clear the Pending queue

Open PostsPending. The tab badge shows how many posts are waiting. Read each one and tap Approve or Decline; the post leaves the queue and the badge decrements immediately.
2

Check flagged content

On the Posted tab, look for posts carrying a Flagged badge. Open the three-dots (…) menu to delete the post, or to clear the flag if the report does not hold up.
3

Scan the discussion

Open the Comments tab to review comments and replies across every post without opening each post individually.
4

Sign out when you're done

Tap your avatar → Sign out. Your session is cleared and you return to the sign-in screen.
If your session expires while you are working, you are returned to the sign-in screen — sign in again and you land back on the applications list.
